Dear Client,

For some time now Elev8 has been searching for a reliable and easy to use Outlook Email based support system for its clients (you) to utilise in logging support issues.

Good news, we believe we have found it. Further I am happy to say an Australian made and supported product.

The system is now active and forthwith replaces our latent web based system.

 

How It Works

No longer the need for you to login to a web support portal instead simply send your support issue to support@elev8australia.com from your everyday email client such as Outlook.

Our system will pick this up, create a job pending, and send you back an auto receipt with the Job Ref: and status of pending. Simultaneously, ALL Elev8 staff will receive a copy of the issue so as ALL are aware of issues coming in and can offer information to the Elev8 support team if they see fit.

The support team will allocate the issue to a person that has the skill sets to resolve the problem. He/She will also deem the job’s priority in accordance with our SLA. Again you will receive a progress email indicating this step.

The process from here is mainly emails and or calls between you and the support team until the job reaches closure.

The main method of conveyance will be email.

A full history of all issues will be maintained in the support systems database for reporting and or retrieval of any or ALL issues logged against your account.

The system auto creates a client account from the first issue sent.

All attachments and embedded email images are saved in the system with the job or issue created in the system. Something previously difficult to achieve in other systems Elev8 has evaluated.

It is hoped that this new more streamlined and easier to use system will provide a better means for our clients to convey support issues they need resolutions for. Therefore improved service from Elev8 to you.

If you don’t mind dropping me a few lines on what you think of the new system in an email, it would be greatly appreciated. Please bare with us in any teething problems that might occur, no system can be perfect in the real world, especially at “go live”.
